4.1 Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

 

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise withdrawn by your payment provider or financial institution, we reserve the right to suspend order processing, withhold shipment, cancel the affected order, or recover amounts owed to us to the extent permitted by law. We may also decline future purchases where a history of chargebacks or payment reversals is identified.
