These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between Venture Craft Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Prices: All prices for products and services are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Taxes and Fees: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless otherwise specified.

 

2.1.1 Discounts, Promotions, and Pricing Errors

 

Any discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes are subject to their stated terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time unless prohibited by law. Discounts may not be combined unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or administrative errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed using incorrect pricing or unauthorized promotional terms.

2.2 Payment Methods

 

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and accelerated checkout methods.

2.2.1 Failed or Declined Payments

 

If your payment is declined, rejected, or otherwise unsuccessful, your order may not be processed or fulfilled until valid payment is received. We are not responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to complete an order resulting from a declined payment, failed authorization, or payment processor error.

 

2.3 Payment Due Date

 

• One-Time Purchases: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

 

2.4 Order Acceptance

 

Your receipt of an order confirmation or payment confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to review, refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or shipping restrictions. If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

 

3. Invoicing

 

• Invoice Issuance: Invoices or order confirmations will be issued upon order completion.
  

• Delivery Method: Invoices and payment confirmations will be sent electronically via email to the contact information provided by the Customer.

• Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that all billing information is accurate and up to date.

 

4. Disputed Charges

 

• Notification Period: If you dispute any charges on your invoice, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the invoice date or charge date, as applicable.
  

• Contact Information: Disputes should be sent to support@venturecraftco.com and include the invoice number or order number and details of the dispute.

• Resolution: We will investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly and in good faith.

 

4.1 Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

 

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise withdrawn by your payment provider or financial institution, we reserve the right to suspend order processing, withhold shipment, cancel the affected order, or recover amounts owed to us to the extent permitted by law. We may also decline future purchases where a history of chargebacks or payment reversals is identified.

 

5. Refunds and Credits

 

• Policy Reference: Refunds or credits are provided in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

• Processing Time: Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Financial institutions may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

• Tax Exemption: If you are tax-exempt, you must provide a valid tax exemption certificate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for applying any exemption retroactively unless required by applicable law.

• Corrections: If we discover a billing error, we will correct it promptly.

• Overcharges: If you have been overcharged, we will refund or credit the overcharged amount, as appropriate.

• Undercharges: If you have been undercharged, we reserve the right to invoice you for the outstanding amount and provide notice of the correction.

• Data Protection: All payment information is handled securely in compliance with applicable industry standards.

• Payment Processor: We use Shopify Payments and/or other secure third-party payment processors to process payments.

8.1 Fraud Prevention and Order Review

 

We reserve the right to delay, hold, refuse, or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or other suspicious behavior. We may request additional verification information before processing or fulfilling an order. If we cancel an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized activity after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, unless otherwise required for security, legal, or investigative purposes.

We may update these Billing Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon posting the updated terms on venturecraftco.com, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of our services after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

 

• No Liability for Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms.

• Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable order or purchase giving rise to the claim.

• Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Venue: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
