What is your Return Policy?
At Venture Craft Co., we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.
2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement—including any original shipping costs.
4. Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days—as long as it's unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. You’ll need to handle the return shipping, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping).
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.
If it’s been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still don’t see it, contact us at support@venturecraftco.com and we’ll look into it immediately.
6. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply depending on the item and return reason. If applicable, we’ll clearly communicate this during your return request process.

303 BUILT-IN EMBROIDERY DESIGNS
The 301 embroidery designs on your BLMBM will ensure that you never run out of ideas. There are florals, borders, seasonal pictures, animals, festive patterns, and exclusive Baby Lock designs to choose from. This PDF contains a comprehensive list of designs that you can view. If none of these solutions satisfy your needs, you can create your own patterns and upload them to your system.
191 BUILT-IN STITCHES
Never miss a stitch with the 191 built-in options to choose from on the Aurora. This versatile machine has everything from utility stitches to decorative stitches, 10 one-step buttonholes, fonts, and more. You can even save stitch patterns that you have customized in the machine's memory or USB flash drive. Sews at up to 850 stitches per minute, making quick work of large projects, like full-size quilts. With the 191 built-in stitches and the ability to combine stitches, you can take your sewing to the next level.
ADVANCED NEEDLE THREADER
Threading your needle on the Aurora is so easy you can do it with one hand! With just a few easy steps, your needle is threaded and ready to go, so no more straining your eyes or struggling to fit your thread through the eye of the needle. You can use the threader on needle sizes 75/11 through 100/16, but it cannot be used with wing or twin needles. When using transparent nylon monofilament or specialty threads, it's not recommended that you use the needle threader.
4" x 4" EMBROIDERY AREA
The included 4" x 4" (100mm x 100mm) hoop is perfect for personalizing your project with any of Aurora's built-in embroidery designs and fonts. Enjoy the ability to stitch compact designs quickly with the Aurora, performing at 400 stitches per minute. Supported embroidery file types include .pes, .phc, and .dst. Save your design for later with the 1MB embroidery memory storage.
PUSH-BUTTON FEATURES
These five operational controls give you more freedom to focus on your project. Raise and lower the needle, cut threads, reinforce stitches/reverse stitch, start/stop, or control your speed with the convenient one-touch buttons.
ON-SCREEN EDITING
Babylock's Aurora allows you to edit almost any aspect of your designs with the built-in software. You can resize your design, rotate, change the thread density, create mirror images, and more directly on the LCD screen. As you make these changes, you can see them updated by using the preview key. Other editing functions include the ability to adjust your thread colors, edit each character individually, and change spacing and fonts.
FREE-ARM
Remove the auxiliary bed on the Aurora to access the free arm or lower your feed dogs. This narrow arm is used to hem cylindrical textiles such as shirt sleeves and pant legs.
Drop Feed
The BLMAR has a built-in switch that, when flipped, automatically lowers the feed dogs so you can quickly switch to free-motion quilting.
LED Lighting
Never miss a stitch with the ultra-bright LED lights located above the needle. These bright lights will help reduce eye strain and keep you sewing longer.
Bobbin Winder
This machine comes with a built-in bobbin winder that makes sewing a breeze. You can keep multiple bobbins on hand, so you have the perfect thread color for every project!
QUICK-SET, TOP-LOADING BOBBIN
Changing your Class 15 bobbin just got more manageable on the Baby Lock BLMBM. This sewing and embroidery machine features a built-in bobbin winder as well as a quick-set feature. All you have to do is drop your bobbin into the machine and guide your thread through the slot, and the machine will take care of the rest.
13 EMBROIDERY FONTS
Personalize your projects with lettering. Choose from 13 built-in fonts and edit them like other designs. You can even choose individual letters to make changes and create something unique.
Design Database Transfer
Managing your embroidery designs has never been easier! Download Design Database Transfer, a FREE data management tool, to easily view embroidery designs in your library and transfer designs wirelessly to your Baby Lock Aurora with a WiFi connection.
This software allows you to easily move .pes, .phc, .phx, and .dst files to your machine while also organizing your design library. You can create new folders, transfer/copy files to new locations, change file names, or delete files you no longer need. Quickly search for an embroidery design by title, format, stitch count, size, etc. Review embroidery design info such as size, estimated sewing time, and number of colors.
Wifi Enabled
By using Design Database Transfer, you can easily send your embroidery designs from your computer to the Aurora using WIFI or USB. Also, when the WLAN connection is enabled, you will receive notifications when new updates are available for your Baby Lock Aurora embroidery machine.
